Food Roundup

Of all budget items food is the most flexible.  It can make you or break you.  It is one of the few catagories that you can control in many ways:

  • Where you shop.
  • Eating out.
  • Recipe Selection.
  • Meat or meatless.
  • Home grown or grocery store.
  • Food Storage Program.
  • Shop daily or every three months.
