Warlords of the area were capturing the food with great force. Included is a link to a documentary that explains the mission and it's results. http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/true-story-black-hawk-down/Carol Schultzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02277120447454788570noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1927652976660901418.post-64445205113827838572011-11-24T13:26:48.542-08:002011-11-24T13:26:48.542-08:00Thank you Max for taking the time to read the blog...Thank you Max for taking the time to read the blog.

Yes, I am thankful for those who have fought for our freedom and others. It was not a war we started but one in which we engaged to defend and protect.

Yes, there are some things worth fighting for. I have read much on the history surrounding WWII for example and cannot imagine what would have happened if the U.S. had not intervened. Is it grotesque, yes, as is the evil that seeks to overcome almost every generation.

Thank you again and may you find something in life that you too love enough to want to defend it if necessary.Carol Schultzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02277120447454788570noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1927652976660901418.post-91561337164444833902011-11-24T12:03:53.546-08:002011-11-24T12:03:53.546-08:00I've read your blog's title.
I've read...I've read your blog's title.
I've read this article.
I've seen this cover of this war movie.

What I am thinking is this:
Can there be something more grotesque and destructive than a mother who is glorifying war?

You can't talk yourself out of this by claiming to avoid labelling certain military actions as either 'wrong' or 'righteous'. With your article you gave your consent to every atrocity that takes place by means of war.

Yes, indeed these males and females had been sacrificed. Sacrificed in rituals that serve to satisfy the bloodlust and power-craze of the so-called elites.Maxnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1927652976660901418.post-71765701149560218152011-11-11T20:26:52.441-08:002011-11-11T20:26:52.441-08:00Yes, I was able to call both my sons today and say...Yes, I was able to call both my sons today and say thank you.
